Avril 2, 2012 (Vancouver, Colombie-Britannique) – Le samedi, Mai 12 2012, Cailles’ Gate Winery présentera un dîner spécial Océan Wise dans son restaurant de vieilles vignes. Le dîner de quatre plats mettra en vedette 100% sustainable seafood paired with premium wines from Quails’ Gate Winery.
The meal will be a creation of collaboration by two esteemed Chefs: Old Vines Executive Chef Roger Sleiman, with special guest Chef Michael Allemeier, CCC (Certifié Chef de Cuisine). It will include 100% de la mer durables, as certified by the Vancouver Aquarium’s Ocean Wise program. Old Vines Restaurant at Quails’ Gate is proud to serve only Ocean Wise certified seafood.
