Enjoy a harvest table of seasonally available local wild game paired with Quails’ Gate wines. Winery Chef Roger Sleiman and the culinary team feature local producers Theissen Farms, North Okanagan Game Meats, Suncatcher Farms in a harvest menu that will inspire your palate. The 4 course paired menu includes River Bend Venison Tartar, Wild Boar, and Spiced Squash Cake paired thoughtfully with Quails’ Gate wines.
