Culinary Team Members

Join us this season! We are seeking talented, professional and approachable individuals to join our culinary team in the Old Vines’ Restaurant in the following roles:

Cooks will be directly involved in food preparation, including soups, sauces, stocks, vegetables, and meats. You will ensure the line is prepared for service, and freshness of mis en place. Two years previous experience in a similar role, preferably in fine dining, as well as Level 1 Food Safe. 

Chef de Partie (CDP) will achieve the Quails’ Gate standard of culinary excellence, through food preparation and direct front line cooking of meals during service.   Three years previous experience in a similar role, preferably in fine dining is required as well as Level 1 Food Safe.

Service Team Opportunities

For our 2013 season starting this spring, we are seeking talented, professional and customer-focused individuals to join our Service team in the Old Vines’ Restaurant in the following full time and part time seasonal roles:

Fine Dining Servers provide excellent customer service throughout the guests’ experience. Excellent communication skills are required, along with one-three years current fine-dining serving experience.

Service Bartenders are responsible for overseeing the product availability within our wine bar. Excellent communication skills are required, along with a minimum one-two years of serving experience, preferably in fine dining.

Please note the dates of employment vary; however, in general we expect our positions to be from June to October 2013.
