Quails’ Gate Winery believes you should always have something to look forward to. That’s why we plan winery events year-round so you can enjoy our wines, discover our dishes and meet our people whenever it suits you. From long table dinners in the vineyard to interactive wine seminars, there is something for everyone to discover and enjoy.

Horticulture Tour with Ben Stewart (Barrel Club Exclusive)

Join our Chief Vintner and winery founder, Ben Stewart for an interactive afternoon in our new Stewart Family Estates vineyard. Explore the new property, learn about Quails’ Gate’s history and horticultural practices, and get your hands dirty as you become the first to plant our inaugural vines for future Quails’ Gate wines.

End the afternoon with a beautiful picnic lunch with Ben and ask questions about the evolution of the Stewart family’s horticultural roots.

Jazz Brunch

Our Jazz Brunch is served with soulful sounds and breathtaking vineyard and lake views every Sunday until June 18. From elegant Wild Salmon Benedict to a fluffy Brioche French Toast, or hearty Three Egg Omelette – the only problem is deciding what to have.

Wine and Art with Linda Lovisa (Barrel Club Exclusive)

Barrel Club members are invited to join us for a little wine and art at The Lake House with New Moon Gallery owner and artist, Linda Lovisa. Learn how to paint with acrylics, sip on Quails’ Gate’s new 2016 releases, take in the lakefront views, nibble on charcuterie and cheese and take home your creation.

Join second generation Stewart sisters, Andrea and Cynthia, as they guide you through an interactive tour and herb vinegar workshop at Okanagan Lavender & Herb Farm. After the workshop, head to Violet’s Cottage for a wine paired lunch.

Join us on Father’s Day and treat the special men in your life to Sunday Brunch. Take in our ever-changing vineyard and lake views, whilst you decide on the succulent Egg’s Benedict or fluffy Brioche French Toast.

Dinner in the Vineyard Series

Join us every Wednesday from June 28 for our renowned Dinner in the Vineyard series. You can expect a 4-course farm-to-vineyard long table dinner from our culinary team, all perfectly paired with our award-winning wines.

Dates: June 28; July 5; July 12, July 19; July 26; August 2; August 9; August 16; August 23; August 30; September 6.

Time: 6:00 PM

Price: $175 (all inclusive).

Early booking is recommended as limited seats are available. Please note: reservations cancelled more than 3-days in advance of the dinner will receive a full refund. Should you cancel after the 72-hour window, you will be charged the full amount for your group.

Art in the Park - Vineyard Trails

Join us for Art in the Park – Vineyard Trails and experience locally inspired creations will be shown in stone, glass, wood, fiber arts, oil, acrylic and water colour and displayed with the backdrop of West Kelowna’s beautiful wineries and vineyards.

John Schreiner Book Signing

The best-selling author of fifteen books, John Schreiner is Canada’s most respected and prolific wine writer. John will be joining us in the Wine Shop to sign copies of his much-anticipated new book Icon: Flagship Wines from British Columbia’s Best Wineries. The new book represents a lifetime of work, including tasting notes and collector’s information of BC’s highest-calibre wines, including Quails’ Gate’s Stewart Family Reserve Pinot Noir.

Ravishing Rosé Soirée

Celebrate the arrival of spring at our Ravishing Rosé Soirée with special guest DJ Shakes. During this private shopping party, enjoy light canapés from our award-winning chefs at Old Vines Restaurant while you sample our newly released 2016 Quails’ Gate Rosé and get the first taste of our new 2016 Collector Series Lucy’s Block Rosé from Winemaker Nikki Callaway.

Viticulture Class and Vineyard Picnic (SOLD OUT)

Join Vineyard Manager, Jo Breti, for an interactive afternoon in the vineyard. Explore our estate vineyards as you learn about Quails’ Gate’s history, our viticulture practices and get your hands dirty as you learn how to tend to the vines. End the afternoon with a beautiful picnic lunch in the vineyard.

Earth Day Dinner (SOLD OUT)

At Quails’ Gate, we’re proud to be an industry leader in environmentally responsible practices, constantly striving to become better and better at minimizing our impact on the planet. Join us for a special Earth Day Dinner. Hosted in the private Barrel Room at Quails’ Gate, the candle lit dinner will feature a 4-course farm-to-table menu by Winery Chef, Roger Sleiman, with wine pairings.

Price: $150 (inclusive of tax & gratuity). A portion of every ticket sale will be used to purchase new trees on our property.

Cailleteau Gamay Nouveau Release Party

Le Cailleteau Gamay Nouveau est arivée! In the tradition of Beaujolais Nouveau, come have a taste of the 2016 vintage and celebrate the season French style. Much like its namesake Cailleteau (pronounced kye-toe), which means baby quail, this wine is young, fresh and lively and is best served slightly chilled. Join us for live Parisienne-inspired music, canapés, Cirque-style performances from Westcoast Contortion & Acrobatics and, of course, be among the first to try the Okanagan’s first Gamay Nouveau!
